Service Description
This package will give you everything you need to understand your body and your health. You'll learn: - What works for your body and how best to fuel it - What lifestyle hacks will give you the most benefit - How to integrate these into your life (and your family) - How to adapt and respond to stress and ever changing environments The first and second consultation will be completed within 10 days so that you are ready to get started. From there follow up consultations will be monthly. These sessions check in on progress, evaluate feedback, take body measurements and continue with the next steps in your personalised health plan.
